I was late when I checked in because my flight arrived at legazpi airport was 6pm. I called the hotel to informed them that I'll be late and they said no problem at all.I can check in anytime I want.

GGuest Userthe hotel is at the heart of the city so accessible and the room is spacious which is really good to stay and the bed is comfy and it has clean and neat beddings. i really recommend this hotel

GGuest UserLocation is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.
