GGuest User房子內部很漂亮 房間也足夠大 就是衞浴是在屋外，另外沒有電梯，如果沒有人幫忙的話，女生拎一個大箱子上樓會非常吃力。男女主人都很熱情！停車方便，馬路邊上就可以停。總體很不錯！

GGuest UserTemporary itinerary, so it was more than seven o'clock in the evening that day, and arrived before nine o'clock. Because it was a homestay, I needed to check in by myself. At that time, the store did not reply to the information in time. I contacted the small housekeeper directly. The response was quite timely and gave praise ～.
The environment is good, the health is also very good, the bed is very big, I belong to the higher sleep requirements, the living environment gives full marks!
A little distance from the University Town of Coimbra, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. Overall, I am very satisfied with ～.

Impecable and excellent professionals, except a restaurant collaborator who transposed the bad being with colleagues to the service, unfit for a space of these and revealing indifference for the presence of guests.
The main dishes suggested in the Room Service letter, potato rice and cod with shell are far below the expected quality in this category hotel.

BBehnooshGreat location, wallking distance to the main tourists street with all restaurants & shops. Across the street from Coimbra train station. (Not Coimbra B)
Beds are comfortable & the shower water pressure was amazing, their breakfast was great too, lots of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, juice & all kinds if breads, pastries, coffee
etc. The young ladies at the reception were so kind & caring. The room, bed & bathroom were all spacious.

GGuest UserWe stayed two nights in apartment 2.2 - one bedroom with a small office room which has a desk and single bed. Location was great, being right off the main pedestrian strip in the old town area, so very atmospheric and convenient for restaurants. Check-in is at Hotel Oslo, about 4min walk away so you will have to walk with your luggage for a few minutes, including up some stairs. The apartment building also does not have a lift, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage up stairs within the building. I don't think you would be able to call an Uber or taxi to the street in front of the building as it is very narrow so bear this in mind. Some other minor points I noticed about the apartment which you may find helpful:
- It directly faces another building on a narrow street, so the apartment doesn't really get natural sunlight
- There is a washer but no dryer - it took a whole day for our clothes to dry and the rack sat in the living room
- The apartment fittings are starting to feel a bit worn down

GGuest UserWe very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais. The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University. The facilities were fine. My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it. I missed that point in the reservation. Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance. We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in. Once in, we were very well looked after. Thanks so much to Mariannna!

GGuest UserHotel is by beach . Room is big and clean. Breakfast is very good. The supermarket is in next door. The town Sitio near Nazare is on the cliffs. The views are very beautiful and looks down the beach and town. It worths the visit. The parking on the hilltop is limited but if you go there early , you are still able to find place to park.
The receptionist is very good and helpful. When
I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I found flat tire. The young guy worked at the front desk helped me to call the rental car company to solve the problem.
I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

GGuest UserA comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave.
Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.
