I just have to thank the entire hotel team, I stayed there on my birthday, March 18th... and at night the hotel offered me 2 slices of cake that were delicious so I could celebrate... I would like to thank the entire hotel team.

Gostaria de deixar um elogio especial ao atendimento na receção do Hotel Água Pena, em particular ao colaborador Nuno Ferreira. Fui recebido com muita simpatia, profissionalismo e atenção. O Nuno demonstrou um excelente nível de serviço, sempre prestável e com um sorriso, tornando a minha estadia ainda mais agradável. É um verdadeiro exemplo de hospitalidade.
