Price-quality ratio.
The room is clean, there is water, cooler on the floor, tea, sugar, refrigerator.
From the downsides - too soft bed, water from the shower flows on the floor because the glass clutch is short.
There is no elevator.

sergei poliakovThe second time in this hotel by car. Very convenient- there is a parking, the hotel is very close to the center. The rooms themselves are spacious. Breakfast is medium, but you won't be hungry!

Simple but clean and warm hotel. Stayed with family for one night. The room is new clean, warm. There are new LCD nearby, where there are lots of cafes and coffee shops. Breakfast is also normal, you can get back to the road. I recommend this hotel. Good combination of price-quality. The staff is kind. I wish the hotel prosperity and more guests.

Отличный отель, не первый раз останавливаемся!
Идеально расположение (5 минут пешком от ЖД вокзала) практически на главной улице Воронежа!
Поэтому гулять по городу можно пешком.
Прекрасные номера на 1 этаже с террасами - идеально в летнее время!
По утрам отличные завтраки - можно отлично подкрепиться.
Прекрасная зона Спа - можно расслабиться в компании! (Но рекомендую заказывать заранее) спрос на нее есть :)

Отличный отель для деловых поездок. Но имейте ввиду, что при оплате на сайте trip.com чек будет в казахских тенге и бухгалтерия может отказать в выплате.

Good hotel . Going to Moscow , with a night in Voronezh. Choose this hotel on reviews . 90% reviews coincided . Rooms are clean, except carpet on the floor. But all about it write, so we knew about it . Matras comfortable, breakfast is good .

- there is no teapot in the room(
- Wifay periodically flew
- The breakfast on the Swedish table is a little bit scarce (there was no broth or some soup). I ordered an additional eye, but I never waited ((the breakfast is served by one waiter who should also monitor the guests, and clean the tables, and fill the Swedish table). To the hotel itself there are no claims 👍🏻
