GGuest UserThe hotel is new and located about 8 km outside of Taif on the bypass. My room was excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the location on the six-lane bypass, there was a lot of traffic noise in my side-facing room, despite the double-glazed windows, which I managed to mask somewhat with the air conditioning on full blast. Breakfast was more Arabic-style, with no fresh juices. In the evening, a pretty good buffet was offered for 99 SAR.

GGuest UserFirst experience and best experience!!! Staff and property is very nice. Comfortable and friendly!!! We booked Delux Villa having heated Private pool. On site gym, mini market and an Italian restaurant.
Fully equipped kitchen.

EErna ZaabarI stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable.
One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
