GGuest UserCleanliness was excellent — the house was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Location is decent overall and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
That said, the facilities side was a mixed bag for us. We were assigned one of the houses far from the pool, which meant a long walk or a car ride to get there — so we didn't really get to use it. The house itself was very basic: no fan or aircon in the living room/kitchen area, and no breakfast included. For 4,000+ baht a night, that felt like a steep price for what you actually get.
To be fair, we booked over a long weekend when options were limited, so the rate was probably inflated. Fine stay overall, but I'd think twice at this price point and would definitely ask about which house you're getting before booking.

GGuest UserPrivate and exclusive land, the owner Pete is very nice, the hotel environment has nothing to say, but there should be only 4 rooms in total, there should be only 4 rooms in total, the environment is not to say, I will definitely go here next time, I suggest you drive, the place is more partial, people who like quietness can Long stay

SSunitJo TravelThe rooms are clean, the atmosphere is great, and it's right on Bang Berd beach, the border between Prachuap and Chumphon provinces. There's fresh seafood from local fishermen, which can be cooked at the resort, or you can buy it and have the resort cook it for you. Activities include night squid fishing, snorkeling at Koh Thalu, and enjoying a crab feast with your feet dangling in the sea at Pathio, Chumphon. You can book tickets at Chanthima Resort.
