Songkhla City Hotels with Parking

Chose this stay as it provided breakfast buffet and we wanted to try how it works in Thailand. The stay was just by the lake side, and the environment was calming too. The classic room gives an antique vibe which is super cool, was clean, well equipped, and even had a bathtub inside. The breakfast buffet wasn’t a grand one as in a hotel, but it was prepared in adequate amount and they all tasted good, we had the chance to try Thai prawn porridge and pineapple fried rice on two different days. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good choice if you’re travelling to Songkhla too !

The staff were lovely and provided excellent service, I was very impressed! The breakfast was delicious. The room might be a bit small for two people, but it's perfect for one. All the amenities are provided, and it's easy to get around. Since the floor and furniture are made of wood, it can be a bit noisy at times, but it's acceptable.

Excellent place, each room is a small house next to each house there is a parking for a motorbike bike or a car on the territory of the hotel there is bike rental. The beach (on the photo) is very beautiful. At 200 m from the hotel the street with street food (on the photo) is very much of everything you can eat deliciously, the location is very good. 800m stop with which the VAN goes to the hadyai

The cleanliness and comfort of the room are a perfect 10/10, no deductions, as it's a new hotel. However, I'd like to ask the owner to reconsider the check-in process. The hotel doesn't have a mini-bar, but they require a 1000 baht cash deposit for room and key card insurance. My question is, why does the deposit have to be in cash? They don't accept transfers or credit card holds. I'm wondering if the hotel owner is unaware that we live in a cashless society these days. If a deposit is deemed necessary, please consider changing the method. As for the 1000 baht room deposit, if you're that worried about damage, I suggest closing the hotel and using it as your own residence instead. Finally, regarding the deposit: at check-out, the staff smoothly stated that there were no issues with the room and everything was in order, effectively dismissing the guest. But wait, was the 1000 baht deposit not going to be returned? I had to ask, ”Excuse me, what about the deposit?” Only then did the staff seem to realize and return the money. This made me start to wonder why the deposit was so high. Was it an attempt to subtly forget and not return it? Most hotels have everything prepared and processed after checking the room, so guests don't have to ask for their deposit back.

Room size is ok. But a bit old. There was a toilet smell when we entered the room. Like the room was vacant for sometime. Air conditioning not cold.

Club Tree Hotel offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Hat Yai, perfect for both short vacations and business trips. The hotel features clean, modern rooms with a relaxing atmosphere that makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Its convenient location allows easy access to local markets, restaurants, and popular attractions around the city. Guests also appreciate the peaceful environment, comfortable bedding, and excellent overall service. A highly recommended hotel for travelers seeking great value, comfort, and a pleasant stay in Hat Yai.

The accommodation is clean. But the entrance is a little difficult. Overall, it's considered good. The staff are lovely.

The room is clean. The TV doesn't turn on. The toilet seat is not very good. It's old and looks like it has mold. But... they tried to clean it. When I read the details, it seemed like there were amenities such as a hair dryer. But... there wasn't. The location is good, close to the city.

Room is spacious and clean. Cleaner mops the floor everyday. Location walkable to old town. There is a 7/11 next to it. There is a gym in this hotel and u have to pay 150baht. I suggest the hotel to include the gym price into the hotel room rate so that people can use the gym freely.

Overall, it's good. The room is clean, but the air conditioner isn't very cool. I woke up covered in sweat. It's a bit far from Songkhla city, so it's difficult to get a taxi. It's much better to have your own car.
