It is OK.

The location is very good and the staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were also very small. It’s OK to spend one night there and preferably not to share the room with anyone because there just isn’t enough space. The staff, however, is great and very helpful. I’d like to take Abdullah for his assistance and understanding.

Stayed here for a night and it was the only affordable hotel I can found near with Selimiye Camii. Everything is perfect, very clean and all the furnitures looks very new. The location just near the merkez. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommended!

It was good as a location because we generally traveled because we had little work except sleeping in the hotel was good cleaning was very clean our room was a perfect room sized only inside the water heating plant put in our room was well placed to use But it was not used, but there were things that had to be in the breakfast but not to keep the expectations high

Very good location, near everything, comfortable bed, very attentive host which helped with different questions and taxi. Only one aspect - we both with my husband tall and big, room for two was too small for us. It was manageable for 2 nights, but not for longer stay. Anyway, can recommend bigger room!

We had a very pleasant stay in the Balkan Palace Edirne Hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Specially the staff at the reception was very friendly and attentive. A special thank you will give Mürivvet Abla, which has made us very positive with her hearty and loved nature.

Hotel is quite comfortable, next to the main sights, but in a quiet place. Winter good heating. Welcome and responsive staff

Everything was perfect, but I do have one suggestion for the hotel. There's an 'alternative' entrance/exit through the hotel's restaurant area. Due to how busy it was, we found parking there. However, there were tables set up right in front of the entrance stairs with people sitting at them, so we had to walk around the hotel with our luggage to get in and out. As you can see in the photo, those stairs should either be completely removed or both the stairs and that area should be properly refurbished. Again, the hotel's location, price-performance ratio, service, etc., are all excellent.
