The best choice for Pamukkale. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best. It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent. I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotels in the whole town of Pamukkale are not the same, they are all family hotels. I stayed for 2 days and no one cleaned the room. I booked a double bed room with one double bed and two small beds, and another double bed and one small bed. It is suitable for family travel. The breakfast and snacks are self-service and the main meal is enough for one person. It is clean, but there are many ants and there are ants on the bed.

This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

I stayed in a single room here and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice! To be completely honest, this hotel is worth way more than what it costs. I booked it for just 2,000 rubles, but the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall service easily feels like a 3,500+ ruble hotel. From the very first minute, you don't just feel like a guest — you feel like a close friend who was genuinely looked forward to. He helped me with everything and surrounded me with sincere care.Everything about the hotel is just wonderful: it is cozy, perfectly clean, and there is a great swimming pool on-site. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and homelike. If you are hesitating to book Ozturk Hotel, don't even think twice — just go for it, you definitely won't regret it! I will absolutely be back. didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient... In general, a nice 5* hotel where you can stay with your family...
