GGuest UserWell, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay:
1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste
2. No slippers
3. No cotton swabs
4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher
5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order
In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!
GGuest UserI left two coats in the room when I checked out,after 4 hours I call to hotel,hotel response that there was no coat in the room,I feel so disappointed that this is my first to live in hampton inn and first time lost things can not be found.I think I would not select hampton inn for my travel stop.

GGuest UserRecommendation from a family member so I booked online, I arrived and I was met by the friendliest staff. Check in was great. Room was nice clean and easy to get to. Check out was just as easy. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Great location with restaurants, drug stores and other shops across the street and near by.

The room is large and clean, but the facilities are too old. The elevator button is broken

The hotel breakfast is simple, but much better than ordinary American hotels.

Even if you go to the front desk and say that you are willing to pay for cleaning, they are really lazy, or because there is no KPI!
