The service of Sheraton is still very good. After all, it is a brand hotel and will not damage its own reputation. The hotel is located right next to the NJ railway, so it is very convenient to take the train back from New York. You don't even need to use Uber, you can just walk across the street. There is a lounge on the 19th floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day. Although it only provides simple snacks, the coffee machine is from Starbucks, which is very good.

The sea view room has a view of the sea. The hotel is owned by a Japanese internet celebrity restaurant in New York. The ingredients are high-end and simple, and there are marble bathrooms. There are also disposable slippers in the room, which is available in high-end hotels. The coffee inside is made with very good coffee beans, and there are two Japanese chocolates, which are LAX brand. Check-in is in a specific room, and tea is also available.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few steps to the boardwalk. The hotel service is very attentive, and I have been here for two days to disturb the cleaning. There is a swimming pool downstairs, very clean!

One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

The location is good, but the hygiene was so-so. It's older than I thought. Still, it was good for a short stay. The room was bigger than I thought.

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.

The hotel is fairly clean, well-located, and conveniently close to the beach.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
