Beckley Hotels with Parking

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially biscuits and gravy!

Overall, an okay experience that met general expectations. We really appreciated how large and roomy the accommodation was. The rest of the amenities and service felt quite standard, but it was a solid, convenient base for our trip.

When I checked in even though we had reserved the room through Trip.Com, I was told their were no rooms. This was the fault of Trip. Com because their website said they had rooms at the hotel even though the hotel had no more rooms to book. I have never had this happened when booking with other online booking sites. And I have stayed in this area several times in past years. Not good when you get to the hotel and are told you don't have a room, because they were over booked due to online booking sites.
