Very good, the hotel is new and clean. The bathroom facilities are much better than those of hotels of the same level.

Next to Starbucks, very close to downtown, $10 taxi. Hotel service is good, self-service washing machine and dryer are very interesting, haha.

The hotel staff is super nice, the facilities are basically all there are, and the breakfast is pretty good. What I am not satisfied with is that the facilities need to be updated. The window air conditioner is very noisy at night, especially when I can't sleep due to jet lag, it feels like driving a tractor. The shower in the bathroom does not work well. The pull-type switch can only draw half of the water out of the shower, so there is not much water.

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive from the XNA northwest airport of Arkansas. The hotel will have a free shuttle bus. When booking a hotel, you can indicate the flight and arrival time, and the pick-up request in the remarks. However, flights in the United States usually go ahead of time. When you arrive, you will call the hotel immediately, so that the car that arrives at the checked baggage hotel is almost there. The name of the hotel on the hotel's pick-up car is very clear and usually stops at the location where the taxi is parked. The hotel room is large and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and free coffee. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the standard American hotel breakfast. After check-in, check with the registered hotel staff to send the airport departure time.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich, satisfied, every time I traveled, I chose holiday inn, The service was also very good, I will continue to live next time, the facilities are also complete

Amazing easy check in. The hotel was great and provided almost everything we needed. Just no hair dryer but not a deal breaker I brought not own anyhow.
