The elevator button was broken to the first floor, and I didn't repair it for two or three days. I don't know why. No gym, everything else is fine

The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.
