El Segundo Hotels with Parking

I stayed here because my flight was early. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking, including pots, plates, and cups, which was great. A room was available, so I was upgraded. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the staff on the night shift were rude. The hotel was supposed to cover the cost of an Uber ride to the airport, but I found out later that I had to ask the hotel to make the reservation, so I ended up paying for it myself. I recommend telling the hotel front desk when booking an Uber.

I would like to request a correction to the hotel name first. It is not Courtyard Marriott Los Angeles LAX El Segundo, but Sonesta select lo Angeles LAX EL segundo. I heard the name was changed about two years ago. When taking the shuttle from LAX airport, I tried to board by showing ”Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX El Segundo,” but ended up getting off several times while carrying heavy luggage. Please check the shuttle bus carefully before boarding. There is a Sonesta shuttle bus, but it is for a different location. Please look carefully at the shuttle bus photo before boarding. Please book your arrival time at the airport the day before. The breakfast is more of a simple snack than a proper breakfast. If you expect a proper breakfast, you will be greatly disappointed. IN-N-OUT Burger is 3 to 4 minutes away. To get to Santa Monica Beach, you can take the K Line light rail, which is 10 minutes away, and transfer to the E Line.

The room environment was quite good and clean. A lady at the front desk was also very nice and easy to talk to. There's also a pool outside and a free shuttle service, though I did see some people tipping the shuttle driver. I arrived at 11 AM and they allowed me to check in immediately. I stayed on the second floor, and while there's no elevator, it wasn't a big deal since it was only the second floor. When I called for the shuttle after arriving at the airport, they said it would take 25 minutes to get there. You just need to book the shuttle for your departure the next morning when you check in. Overall, it's pretty good 👍 The only minor issue was that the wake-up call service didn't call me in the morning, but I woke up early anyway so it wasn't needed.

When checking in, pay attention to the map and know which building your room is, otherwise you will find a long time parking is free. You can cook and boil hot water in the suite.
