GGuest UserCame for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

GGuest UserThe front desk is very welcoming, there are many breakfast options, I feel that the United States Holiday Inn is carved out of a mold, and the facilities and layout are the same. There is also a free shuttle bus to the surrounding three kilometers.

GGuest UserService was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

DDr CushHotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom

Grand Rapids is a small city, and there are several breweries in the downtown area that are pretty good.
