GGuest UserI had prepaid and reserved my room. However, when I checked in, was told that my reservation from a king bedroom non smoking was changed to a 2 queen bed with smoking. This was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. But since I prepaid, the hotel clerk gave me a room that was reserved but they did not pay. Undecided if I will stay here again?
