Great
PPut KyutThe room was cleaner than I expected, even though it is a 3 star hotel. Location wise is good, have free transportation to Disney land and universal studio. We bought our room with breakfast, breakfast was okay, reasonable. And there is an arcade for kids to play and there is even a pool table that my friends and I had a great time. The swimming pool was wonderful and it was peaceful in the morning.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included. Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

GGuest UserFirst off, I would stay here again without any hesitation. Let's cover the great: Location is amazing. More than adequate available free parking that is well-lit and feels safe. Super helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hot water paired with great a great shower head. Air conditioning that actually works whether you're in the room or not. Across the street from a Wawa. Well kept maintenance. Hotel has WiFI. Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Orlando is built over swamps, so every hotel has insects, but this one seems to have the bug problem very well under control. Let's cover the not-so-great: Sure, breakfast is free and features proteins, but you'll be thankful there's a Wawa across the street. The timing is very limited for the shuttles and Uber is only $6 or so each way to either Universal or Epic. You're paying $20 per day for that Wifi, shuttle you won't use, and breakfast you try on the first day and won't return for. Resort fees are like those locking nugnuts and other bribes you have to pay to buy a new car. They're obnoxious, but you're stuck with it. Again, I'd definitely stay here again and the negatives are just being nitpicky. I just want to set the expectation that you will pay a bit more than you think, but it's still a great value that I highly recommend.

AAnonymous UserI had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was also nice that there was a microwave in the room. The facilities were a little old-fashioned overall, but there were no issues. There was a drugstore within walking distance, which was convenient. I think it was good value for money.

เล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all very polite and did their best to help with any small questions or problems. However, the room had a constantly running faucet, which needs repair. Additionally, there were cockroaches everywhere, so people who are sensitive to that might not be able to stay here. There were also dead cockroaches inside the refrigerator, raising doubts about whether proper cleaning is being done.
