GGuest UserExcellent service from Tracey and her team. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. All staffs at the reception was so welcoming. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfy and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. We wished to have stayed here longer but had to catch a flight the next day. Definitely returning in the future. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Des Moines. Thanks to every staffs for making our stay amazing!!

MMiss InformationThe snowstorms have started early in Iowa so I was extremely happy to walk into the warm hotel and check in. The desk clerk was friendly but not overly so. Check in was very quick and I was quickly on my way to a beautiful and blessedly warm room. Noise was a bit loud as wedding guests came in after 1am and I was near the elevators. Check out was seamless and breakfast at the hotel cafe was quick, friendly and tasty.

TTravelMommyWe came up to watch a football game at Drake with little kids and had a great stay! The ice cream shop around the corner is NOT to miss! Huge breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserPoor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom.
Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room
Beds comfortable, bedding cozy, and quiet room.

TTian(Korin)All is good, people very helpful and warm. Very good shuttle to airport, just not sure why they gave me a room at 2nd floor which is actually on a platform for ventilation or warming system equipment, kind of noisy but I am on jet lag and can’t sleep well anyway.

GGuest UserI bought this location on ******* and it was a great price when I try to extend my stay for another week the price almost doubled so I had to find another place to stay unfortunately I would have liked to have stayed for a longer period of time everything was nice there although I just used it as a place to stay after work

TTerrance MorganSeems as though all of the vending and ice machines weren't working on the first floor. Lots games were out of order as well. I'm also pretty sure my room had a mouse in it.
