GGuest UserThe chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.

GGuest UserThe hotel only clean your room every alternate days, they will charge you USD 16 + tax for parking fees, my room is included breakfast but they charge you. please make sure you check your bill before check out.

PPractitioner6879The service staff was very good, the breakfast would change a little different food, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The location is located in a lively area, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The response to the problem of the room will be dealt with immediately. Very good experience.
