Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

Santa Barbara is beautiful, but this accommodation experience is really bad! The hotel room is very small compared to other hotels on Highway 1. The balcony room we chose was assigned to the side of the road, which has noise problems. The dining area for breakfast is very small and crowded. The worst experience is that I was asked to pay the room fee by credit card after the arrival. I repeatedly confirmed when the previous guarantee reservation would be released. The staff told me that the guarantee would be released 1-2 days after leaving the hotel, but I actually left the hotel on October 2nd. The guarantee had not been released when I posted the review. During this period, I consulted Ctrip's online customer service twice, and five people answered it before and after, but the problem was not solved at all. It took more than an hour each time, and I also answered domestic calls and spent phone bills. The guarantee has not been released yet (no other hotels on this trip had this problem, and the guarantee was released on the day of departure). A so-called complaint appeasement online customer service of Ctrip was even more inexplicable. In the second communication, not only did he not solve the problem, but he also offended me with very impolite words, which made me very unhappy! In short, the accommodation experience of this hotel is very bad

The room has a kitchen, you can cook, and the kitchenware is clean. The bathroom is white, which looks clean, but the air conditioning and toilet facilities are very old. The air conditioning faces the big bed and is covered with thick dust. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be turned on in this season. I originally booked here to wash and dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were too dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was not quiet at night, there was a factory noise, and the sound of planes taking off and landing was quite loud at dawn. The parking lot charges $15 a day. The overall stay experience was average.

Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. Excellent location next to train/ bus station but also quiet and safe so 5 stars. Very clean bathroom. Bedsheet could be cleaner. Reception in the morning not very friendly and impatient. Night time one was ok. Great diy breakfast.

Плюсы отеля, это прям бутик на 9 номеров, где чувствуешь себя как дома, кровать удобная, атмосфера милая, есть бесплатная парковка. Минусы: шумно спать на 1 этаже, отель расположен прям на дороге и слышимость ужасная, я вообще практически там не спала, кондей висит прям сбоку от кровати и дует прямо в лицо, мы его выключили и открыли окно, но звуки сумашедшие и поспать не удалось, холод ник гудит жестко, пришлось выключить. Завтрак был включен но это одно название, там сидит девушка на ресепшн она же готовит омлет или яичницу и дает 2 куска хлеба и чай в пакетиках. На этом всё. Тем кто спит как убитый наверно подойдет этот вариант. Для меня была удачная бессонная ночь там.
