Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very acceptable (and free). Curtesy bus to and from airport and takes 10 mins. Get room facing the mountains. Rooms are very well designed . Huge Tv with easy Chrimd Cadt connection. There is a fridge and coffee machine. Pool outside, gym and free parking.

Great trip with just my daughter and I. She was visiting friends at ASU. Loved the rooftop pool, but they could use more seats. If you don’t go out early it’s hard to get one. Room was very clean and customer service was great, especially valet! The best part of this hotel is definitely the location. It is close to everything and you can pretty much walk everywhere in anywhere you need to go. Whether it’s a grocery store, restaurant, grabbing a drink or a coffee it’s there. On that note, if you are looking for a quiet place and not the hustle and bustle of an active college town this probably wouldn’t be for you.

At a first glance, the hotel looks different, but once you understand their concept, it is really amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and I loved the their way of making one feel 'at home'.

From the moment we arrived, the gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming—it set the tone for our stay right away! When we first got to our room, we noticed that although we had booked a king bed through Trip.com, we were given two doubles instead. We went back to the same gentleman, and he handled it flawlessly—within minutes we were in the king room we had originally requested, no hassle at all. It was a great room. The property itself was spotless, and for the price, it was an absolute steal. Breakfast was fantastic—so tasty and satisfying! We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel whenever we’re passing through Phoenix.

Good location. Need to pay for parking lot maintenance (5.12$ per day) when check-in apply to both people with and without car. Good staffs.

It is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame. Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening. P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.
