天天之丛云The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The hotel does not provide meals, but the rooms have kitchens, microwaves, gas stoves, ovens and double-door refrigerators. You can cook by yourself, and there is a supermarket within 5 minutes of going out, with all kinds of ingredients. You can eat outside if you don’t like cooking. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, all of which are cheap and good. The hotel also has a swimming pool, Port Vila is hotter, and you can swim outdoors all year round.
XXuanlvOne of the better hotels in Port Vila. There is wifi, and the service in the restaurant is good. There is a large area of grass, trees, and sailboat harbor in front. It is a satisfactory stay, but you must pay attention to the number of people staying in the reservation, otherwise you will be charged extra and it is not cheap.
GGuest UserFriendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk.
GGuest UserIt is a very convenient location to the Airport. The staff are constantly cleaning the environment. The management are not quite fluent in English, which creates a language barrier for effective communication. The food options are not great. I attempted to order one chicken dumplings meal from an outdated restaurant menu, but I was told that it’s no longer available. So, if you want better food options, it’s best to walk around town. Be prepared to give 1,000 VATU, for key deposit that would be returned upon checkout. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others!
VVitalirThe location is very convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly. The room is spacious but it would be better if there was any shampoo or body wash
GGuest UserGreat, quiet place with secluded location on the lagoon. The place has very friendly staff, in-house cafe + paddle boats and kayaks for use on the lagoon. The room we stayed at had the kitchen, which was very convenient, but also a few big roaches, which wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. Other than that, it was a great stay.
HHolly B1This hotel was perfect for my one night in Port Vila. The room was clean and comfy and they helped me with airport transfer even when my flight was last minute.
The staff went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was looked after. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!
LLiuxiaoxin™I have to rave about this motel. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient; it's only 150 Vatu to get anywhere by bus, including the airport. The owners, a Korean couple, were very polite and professional, always ready to help. The beach is literally just 20 meters from the room. You can hear the sound of the ocean and breathe in its scent from the room. Clothes hung on the clothesline dried in no time thanks to the sea breeze. Plus, the room has a gas stove and a small refrigerator, so you can cook your own meals. I'll definitely bring my family next time!
