This is my second time to stay here. Everything was comfortable, but the bed was extra comfortable. The staff has been very nice, except the manager is kind of cold. She's just not very friendly. And given that the hotel is not in a very busy area, I'm not quite sure why we couldn't get an hour late check out.

Overall the hotel kept us comfy. It is a bit outdated, but I knew it wasn't a 5 star hotel when I booked it. Elevator was out, but things like this happen. Could use a very deep clean through out the hotel, including walls, carpet cleaning, caulking, etc. House keeping staff and front desk staff were great!! Good location with lots of food/shopping close by

The check in clerk was amazing! Helped us in every way possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator was out of order so thankfully we were able to get a room on the first floor.

Tile was lifting and almost fell from shower, elevator was out my room was in third floor no hot water and renovations outside

It was great but the hot water was hard to find the spot in the shower that made it hot the handle would go all the way around. The room and staff was excellent.

Checking in and out was ok. The service people were nice. The room itself was a bit off. We had to tighten the bolts on the toilet seat because it was loose. The shower drain wouldn't stay open. The mattress had a slant to it. The head region was lower than the foot region so I put my head at the foot area and slept that way. A little upkeep with the paint would be nice. The price was ok and the area worked well for us

One regular coffee and one decaf coffee in room. Who made that stupid decision? Hand rail was torn off the wall in the elevator.

Customer service was excellent. Very comfortable beds with nice firm pillows. Slept very well and woke up to a good and hot free breakfast

The room was very nice and comfortable. However, the floor carpet was coming up along with the metal tack *****. I think this is dangerous and someone cut their foot on it. I’m really surprised that the people cleaning the rooms don’t say anything about this to the management.
