Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough.
Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first thing I request was a fork and knife to have my lunch the hotel brought me a spoon and fork. The second main concern was that there was no hot water. I contacted the hotel and trip.com they tried to fix the water but unfortunately this was not possible. The AC was ridiculously high that I left my -10 degrees weather back home to get to philliphines to enjoy the summer but was disappointed that I couldn't. When I enquired i heard it was because of the christmas decoration that would melt cause it was done from icing sugar. The hotel manager Aiza tried her best to accommodate us and upgraded our room type. At that time she got the engineer to check the water and it got to Luke warm but the next day the water was cold again. The hotel acts as though they are up to international standards but that's not the case. They don't allow room billing unless you ask and it comes to a shock to everyone what you are asking. The standard of food is terrible 😑 I would highly recommend that you reconsider your options for the price you pay cause it was not worth the price we paid. The hotel did have a good fireworks display for the new year and that's what we enjoyed the most. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.
We are impressed on how serene and peaceful the place is amidst bustling Manila. Check in seems to be scheduled only at 2 pm and not possible for an early one. After check in they can actually deliver your luggage to your room, except it took too long as we even asked for it after 2 hrs passed by. We stayed for 2 nights, I wish they could have delivered a new water bottle instead of us asking. Rooms are sound proof although there was an event one night. Restaurant cooked delicious food, including free breakfast. I will come back again.
Loved our stay. My parents and my brother got to rest properly. It’s quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness is impeccable.
This is a new hostel. The front of the building is not yet well furnished so when we arrived, I thought I booked a fake hotel. 😅 But when you go inside, it’s super nice, clean and worth every penny. I just hoped there is a store around the vicinity. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is super nice. I wish I have this kind of bathroom. You can borrow plates and utensils in common area. You have a space there to work, research, eat or read.
I booked a room with its own private bathroom. I wasn’t able to see the shared bathroom. But if our area is clean, I bet that area is clean too.
Thank you for accommodating us. It’s a very nice, relaxing stay.

I visited for one night in a hurry.
The facilities and location, and the condition of the room are disappointing, but the quality is suitable for the price!
I have no intention of visiting again.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful hospitality I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival until my departure, the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from your staff made my visit truly memorable.

Thank you once again for your outstanding service. I look forward to staying at The Heritage Hotel Manila in the future and will be glad to recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues.
Nice 3 Star Hotel in pasay. Coming here since 12 years. Unfortunately no renovation since. They gave a nice pool and a restaurant which is a bit pricey. Be aware there will be an additional 10 % service charge on top at the restaurant . Overall a really comfy hotel. Will definitely return
The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The airconditioning unit in our room is not working properly and they needed to set up a electric fan during our stay, which is a bit disappointing. The room is clean and good enough for 2 persons, but there's no place to place your luggage/things. There are stores outside of the hotel, which is very convenient. I also liked that they are providing pitchers in the room that you can fill with water from the dispenser in the hall way.
