Second time I booked this hotel, first time really satisfied. This time big disappointment and annoying service at arrival. I arrived at 03 in the morning, a group of around 10 people in front of me, ok can happen, but maybe train a member of the concierge staff to do simple check in. At that time, 1/2 hour waiting is not optimal. But the annoying part started when they provided me with two singel beds, while I booked king bed. Oh yes I should have read the small letters. The man said, last room for you. Oke, when I arrived in my room, it was so dirty, smelly old sheets and towels, like it was last of everything, and such an contradiction compared to last visit. In the morning I went down and the moved me to another room, it was the same as my last visit, that one all good. When asked they said, both rooms qualify the same standard!? The difference is so huge. When I initially booked I knew that there was no availability on one specific day, so I asked to be put on the waiting list. On the day of check out, I asked them again if there was any cancellation so I could extent my stay, Oh yes sir you can, you can book online! Can you not book it, yes I can, (why you wont offer this!?), price is x, I explained that is twice the price I paid through a booking site, she replied, you can try that. So I did, but following all booking sites it was sold out, I informed her, she replied I cannot do anything about it. I understand that bookingsites are cheaper most of the time, but twice doesn't seem correct. Also for an International Chain as the IHG, probably every hotel, this is bad services. I like the ambience and service.Malapit sa maraming kainan. I had an issue with my payment where the front desk database says that my room is still unpaid when it already is but was sorted out by Trip.com and Holiday Inn staff. Will difinitely book again

Super friendly staffs... very accommodating from parking assistant to front desk to their chamber maids and assistants. The location is so good too and have easy access to Robinson's Galleria. The bed are super comfy, plus I really love their shampoo, conditioner, lotion and their Body wash. Definitely will go back here soon. 😊

Booked a 2 queen bed on high floor room and was much more than expected. The service was amazing and fast, it was always one call away whenever needed. For a 2 night stay it was surely amazing!

Kudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

This hotel never fail to satisfy our expectations from the place to the staff service. This is our second time to check in here and the first time was 2 years ago when their lobby is under construction. This year, I saw lots of improvements from the room that made us feel we are staying in a 5-star hotel. What I only hate is the traffic jam around the area so when you will check in at 2 pm, expect that you’ll never make it on time. However, you might be one of the lucky guests who will get a free room upgrade just like us. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

spacious enough to accommodate guests and luggage , comfortable with all essentials. Got a welcome complimentary chocolate bar from the front desk. A large T.V with 2 single-sized beds for comfortable sleep at night. Staff is friendly , fast & helpful.

This hotel doesn’t disappoint. It is located conveniently adjoining mall and very close to the MRT. You may even walk to the nearby malls. Room was big and clean, and the staff was hospitable. They have several amenities, which we did use. Overall, it’s value for money for sure.

I'm so happy with this hotel , it is very accessible to anywhere. Malls, groceries, restaurants, clubs and convenient stores. Amenities are great too and parking is superb. Very friendly to kids with special needs

House keeping often ignores do not disturb light. Overall below the standard compared to other holiday inn hotels I've stayed. Didn't feel good here.

Been to holiday inn 2x this month, the 1st time was good and actually gave a very good review but the 2nd time it was a bit of a let down. I have requested on booking a single bed but was allocated and 2 single bedded room. As a single traveler it’s not a good start , this was sorted by me upgrading/paying more for my stay.
