Booked a 2 queen bed on high floor room and was much more than expected. The service was amazing and fast, it was always one call away whenever needed. For a 2 night stay it was surely amazing!

Kudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

This hotel never fail to satisfy our expectations from the place to the staff service. This is our second time to check in here and the first time was 2 years ago when their lobby is under construction. This year, I saw lots of improvements from the room that made us feel we are staying in a 5-star hotel. What I only hate is the traffic jam around the area so when you will check in at 2 pm, expect that you’ll never make it on time. However, you might be one of the lucky guests who will get a free room upgrade just like us. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

spacious enough to accommodate guests and luggage , comfortable with all essentials. Got a welcome complimentary chocolate bar from the front desk. A large T.V with 2 single-sized beds for comfortable sleep at night. Staff is friendly , fast & helpful.

The hotel is rather very old building as well as facilities included. Room is spacious but the carpet is old and has the odor to show it I need to change the bedding at very late night on my first night when checked in as there are so many stains on it. The hotel did not really say anything after I reported There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom one day. The building is connected to the mall where you can find food and supermarket, staffs are nice however I dont think I will choose to stay here again

During my life of overseas business trip I never used hotel laundry service before, but during my stay this time in Holiday Inn Galeria charges me pfp 9000 once I checked out, I am quite surprised, I never used their laundry service they need me to pay it. I have no idea who had the the right to write my name in the form, it is someone to leak out my ID and copy ID, I only stay alone, do you think 2nd night only I can spend pfp9000 laundry????? It is 5 stars Hotel provide this kind of service to customers???

The front desk staff were so friendly and obliging. The room was great, spacious with spectacular views. Swimming pool area a bit dated but gets a good hit of sunlight during the day. Comfy bed. Will stay here again no question.

I am genuinely saddened to leave such a poor review, but my stay here was nothing short of horrible. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait for 2 hours just to check in, and when I finally got to my room, I was greeted with a dark, moldy smell that made the entire space feel unclean and unwelcoming. When I called for basic amenities, it took an additional two hours for them to arrive. To make matters worse, all toiletries are only available upon request, meaning you're expected to wait even longer for basic items you would expect to be readily available. It’s frustrating and frankly absurd, especially for a hotel that charges premium rates. It felt like I was wasting my money on something that didn’t match the value at all. As a loyal IHG member for over 2 decades, this experience was the final straw. I’ll be ending my membership after this. The service, conditions, and overall experience were far below what anyone should expect from a reputable hotel. I expected so much more, but sadly, this hotel failed in every way.

Superb hotel

I booked a Standard room which was listed as either a king bed or 2 singles. I requested a king bed in the booking. Upon check-in I was told that my booking was for two single beds. I was then offered the opportunity to upgrade to a room with a king bed at additional cost. I queried my booking but again was told 2 singles. There was no mention of a standard with king bed being unavailable. Naturally I was not impressed with this service and the attempt to charge more. The room was ok and the hotel connection to the mall was good. The hotel is surrounded by major roads so walking around in the area was not so convenient.

There was only 1 working lift out of three on my first two days. I suppose it's an old hotel since the lifts were running very slowly. Had to wait an average of 3-4mins even though there were 2 operating lifts. Otherwise, generally an okay stay. Great that it connects directly to the mall.
