Excellent place, scenic and relaxing, we had an amazing dinner on the beach which was one of the highlights of the trip.

The hotel was not bad. I booked this partly for the private beach within the hotel. Their pools are really nice and relaxing. You are pampered with at least 6 different pools which you may choose. Only downside is that you have to walk out really far to get groceries or food. They do not have a direct path to the shops from the main entrance. Only way is either you got to walk along the beach and climb up and down a flight of steps to get out.

The hotel is built on the cliff corner with panoramic sea views from the room, restaurant and almost everywhere. Spacious and cosy room. When you walk into the balcony, the mixture of waves sound, birds song and breeze from the sea, let you feel asleep immediately on the long chair. The relaxing atmosphere surrounds the whole hotel.

My family & friends visited Pattaya in Dec 2019 and had a very nice stay in the hotel. Unfortunately Covid then came and we weren't able to travel till this year. And our 1st choice was still this hotel and did enjoy ourselves very much
We like swimming very much and were excited to see the new pool, Infini, wonderful! Yet we are sorry to find Rossi & Caprice close.
Most importantly, we would like to thank you all gentle, friendly, supportive and helpful staff, especially those who work at reception counter of Grand Hotel & Beach Hotel and the team of Panorama & Chamu restaurant.
