The Penthouse is a icon. And we are very happy it has been reopened in 2024, after a long closure! The actual concept is perfect, location also. The German (- Seeland / "Bamburi") managed restaurant has good intentions and a good food range now. But it is sterile, far too modern and has zero ambience. The earlier two night Clubs (CATS & Obsession) are now one, but it is hard to see that the present setup and it's hardly exciting concept will ever be a winner. Sadly: The 2025 Penthouse is under Indian management & it has lost the earlier, much more welcoming, liberal touch.

Very bad experience just because of staff I don't know management is aware of this or not they ask money for everything. Early check in , little late check out if anything got dirty , especially staffs of this hotel are all rude and very bad behaviour. They don't provide you one percent service.

Such a terrible experience, stupid staff and management, they charge for half an hour early checkin. I recommend everyone never visit this hotel, just hand towel was little dirty they charge double the price

This is one of the worst hotel i have ever been ,terrible experience I been all the corners of thailand but i have never experienced such a worst hotel. I booked 3 rooms and i reached 12 o clock for check in and requested reception for just one room they took 200 baht for one hour early check in. At the time of check out they said 11:00 am have to check out if late every hour they charge. All staffs are dumb and stupid no one listen anything. If I book a room for just for my self they charge for other person. OMG I tell all my all near and dear never visit this hotel.

Really bad hotel. We not get what we pay for. I well say i was in chock when we was ther. We good luck we only book one night. Is u own risk if u booking ther..I never try so bad and dirty hotel pool was really small and dirty. Never Come back. Say it for my heart

Beware they do not refund cancellations if you don't book online even though their website does not state this. I tried to make cancellation 2 weeks prior to my stay and I was denied because they said paying in cash is not refundable. I asked why the website doesn't state this clearer and I was blown off like it's my fault for paying cash to reserve my room.

Amazing where dreams come true went here with a good mate and can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a place like it before. Whatever you want this hotel will help you get it. Pool amazing , food amazing . All very cheap and cheerful staff brilliant
