There have no elevator , toilet have smell bad. But bed are good , air con was good also

ห้องและผ้าห่มสกปรกมากค่ะ ผ้าห่มเลอะเป็นคราบดำๆ โดยพนักงานอ้างว่าเราเป็นคนทำเลอะ และชาร์จค่าทำความสะอาด โดยตอนแรกได้มีการแจ้งว่าได้ถ่ายภาพหลังทำห้องเสร็จเอาไว้ แต่พอขอดูกลับไม่มีรูปภาพที่ยืนยันได้ เรายอมจ่ายค่าชาร์จผ้าห่มและเช็คเอ้าท์โดยทันทีหลัังจากอยู่ได้ไม่กี่ ชม. **** ฝากถึงใครที่จองผ่านTrip.com และได้รีเควสอะไรมา พนักงานแจ้งว่า ไม่สามารถเห็นสิ่งที่รีเควสมาทั้งหมด หากต้องการรีเควสต้องแจ้งพนักงานเอง
ปล.เราเป็นคนจองและรีเควสไม่เอาห้องมุม ได้มุมเลยคุณพี่ แต่แฟนเราเป็นคนไปเช็คอินไม่รู้เรื่องเลยไม่ได้ซีเรียสอะไรมาก ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น พนักงานไม่ได้โทษว่าเป็นความผิดพนักงานหรือโรงแรมที่ไม่มีระบบหลังบ้านในการเช็คคอมเมนต์หรือสิ่งที่แขกรีเควสมาแต่โทษที่ลูกค้าไม่จองผ่านแอปอื่นหรือจองตรงกับโรงแรม ? กรณีนี้ต้องแจ้งอีกทีหน้าฟร้อนเอง

Очень маленький номер, в санузле если принимать душ, то вода стоит и заходишь в эту мокроту. Нет ни шторки ни стенки, может потому что он очень маленький и шторка тоже не спасла бы. Убирают , меняют и полотенца и белье.гель для душа , туалетная бумага и 2 воды по 0,5( каждый день). Балкона нет , столик очень узкий к стене прикреплён, крохотный холодильник и фен. Есть телевизор и русские каналы ( 3 или 2 ) . На пару дней с рюкзачком можно остановиться. Бассейн грязноват и недостает до пояса даже. Тонкие стены , очень слышно все.
