Good, good, but each room is a little different. Still, the swimming pool is much better than other places and can be used until late at night, which is a benefit.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. Pros: good location, nice, clean, large pool on the 3rd floor, there is a gym, beautiful views of the city from their windows (especially at night), comfortable bed, clean bed linen, 2 air conditioners. Of the minuses: - only 2 towels were provided (there was no foot towel, especially a kitchen towel). - dirty hood (they didn’t even start using it), old furniture: - mold on the sealant near the sink, no glass for dental supplies, no iron. The washing machine was not used. The cutlery consists of 2 spoons and 2 forks, 1 mug and 1 glass (this is very inconvenient), the frying pan is rusty. There is a microwave and a normal refrigerator. There is only one key, which is very inconvenient. It is very difficult to keep the apartment clean since there are no cleaning supplies (rags, garbage bags). For this price I would not rent this apartment if the shortcomings are not corrected. And the apartment looked larger in the photo, but in real life it was very small, maximum 2.

Service is great within 5 minutes someone was in the room fixing the air conditioning when it started leaking. The hygiene in the bathroom is poor, with many mold spots. You can feel the iron coils in the bed when you lie on it. In short, I wouldn't book it again.

The best thing is the location. The hotel is close to songthaew riding and all nearby beach restaurants are close, so it was very convenient. It was nice to be able to check in earlier than expected, and the swimming pool was clean and large, so it was great to enjoy leisurely. One thing that is disappointing is that there is no front desk, so it was very inconvenient to have to contact the owner separately for things like changing towels or cleaning.😭

Service: The waiters are polite and willing to assist. I couldn't watch the TV in my room. After reporting it, the staff quickly came to fix it, which is commendable. Facilities: The hotel room is very clean and hygienic, and the bathroom is fully equipped with basic supplies, such as shampoo and shower gel. The room provides an electric kettle, microwave and toaster. There is a washing machine on the terrace. Features: There are two swimming pools, which are convenient for fitness, cooling and entertainment. One is outdoors on the roof, with a panoramic view of the nearby scenery. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the apartment. The location is very convenient. The room can also see the sea, which is the best when you open the curtains in the morning. The only drawback is that the water quality is not good. Remember to bring your own.

The room was very clean and the view of the sea was good. There are convenience stores, delicious food, and currency exchange just outside the door. Very convenient. It's also very close to the beach, just walk through a short alley.
