Good location around 1.5km away from beaches. But don’t have elevator or lift you have to walk upstairs. Owner behaviour was good. Amenities were good they provided fridge, microwave, etc overall best hotel to stay.

The room is wide and the price is affordable. The toilet is clean and its worth the price. Not vert close to the night bars so its not noisy and you can sleep comfortably.

Location was near many eateries and Big C but not near places of interest. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Super value stay given the price and the facilities. It was a big room with balcony. Overall a superb stay

The hotel is exactly a residential apartment, in an alley, not far from Pattaya Beach, more than 20 minutes walk, more than one kilometer to Alley 6, the room is ok, but the facilities are old, like the decoration of 20 years ago, but it is quite memorable, the room facilities are relatively complete, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven and a balcony that I like very much, you can see the school opposite, the disadvantage is that the dry and wet separation of the bathroom is not done well, the ground is easy to accumulate water, and it is inconvenient without a hair dryer. The cleaning staff will clean the room every other day. The boss is a 60-year-old uncle, very kind, and I arrived early and checked in for me.

I was very impressed with the owner's attitude when I checked in. I was also happy to receive a simple greeting in Japanese. Big-c is within a 10-minute walk, and 7-Eleven is within a minute, so it was convenient for shopping. The room also came with a microwave and dishes, which were very useful. It's a bit far from the downtown area, but if you're a Pattaya veteran, you can manage! Room cleaning is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so please check just to be sure!

It was nice that the room had tableware and a microwave, and there was a 7-Eleven, cafe restaurant, and bar nearby. Although my luggage was large, there was plenty of space in the room. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street, which is lined with clubs. If you like walking, walking is fine. I was able to stay comfortably.

Clean, quiet, right in front of a convenience store. Need I say more? Bolt Taxi is also available. There are many pubs nearby, so it's good to have a beer and have fun.

It is very convenient to buy food and eat. It's also very quiet to sleep at night. There are various snacks around. There are many fruit shops. There is also a simple kitchen.

The hotel is okay, the room is big It's not noisy at night and it's convenient to go to the beach. You can just take a songthaew.
