Super Hotel Ueno From Ueno Station Irigaya exit, it is a flat ground 10 min walk to the hotel. Ueno area also has lots to eat and shop, with a family mart nearby. Hotel amenities are great - free samples of mask, lotion serums at the lobby, options of pillow, pyjamas, and the reception/bf area has free flow drinks most of the hours. Night hours, alcohol is free flow too. Room size is small - to be expected, but the bed is comfortable. For the room of 3, pls expect that the luggage cannot remain open throughout haha. Toilets and room are clean. Breakfast is the best part, with rice and buffet dishes, coffee/drinks. Menu changes every day too! Tldr: rly like this hotel chain (stayed in osaka too), primarily for their yummy breakfast.

The staff give me the worst & smallest room to us even we paid for normal price ! The size of the room is not suitable for two person with suitcase! I will not  recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location is about 5 mins from Ueno station and 8 mins from Keisei Ueno Skyliner. Also it’s fairly near to Ueno park, and lots to eat and shop around the area. Room size is too small due to the big bed size and packing was a little difficult. Breakfast was simple with soft buns and other Japanese food but tasted good.

Walkable distance from JR. Nice staff. The surrounding environment may not be as convenient as other districts. A modest choice overall.

free coffee and tea in 1F lobby were great. the room is tiny and darkness, but for travel was ok to rest. the location is next to UENO JR STATION , 8mins by walking . summary the all was beyond the average.

Luggage storage may be outdoor if weather permits

Exit from JR Ueno Station Iriguchi. The station is quite chaotic. After exiting, the navigation quickly led to the hotel. There are many guests. The lobby is not big. The room is opened with a code paper. Check-out at 10 o'clock is not formal. There are drinks in the lobby during the day, and tea-stained rice and strong liquor at night. Unfortunately, I saw a small insect in a dish. The room is very small, 12 square meters, and a 28-inch suitcase cannot be opened. It is very close to Ueno Park. Toiletries are picked up at the front desk.

The room is relatively small, only suitable for single occupancy. A 20-inch small luggage can be opened, but it is difficult to open a larger one. Breakfast, drinks, other pillows, and some skin care/bath products are provided, all free of charge. The price/performance ratio is quite high! There is a window that can be opened; the air conditioner is powerful; the water supply is abundant in the morning and evening; the room has good sound insulation (you can hear the sound of vehicles outside, but you can't hear the conversation/TV next door, which is really great!) It is very close to the subway entrance JR line, but if you take the Keiichi Line, the exit is quite far away; in general, the price/performance ratio is high, the hygiene is acceptable; it is safe and reliable

I came to Tokyo with my boyfriend and wanted to find accommodation near Ueno Station. Although the room in this hotel is a bit small, it has everything you need. You can even choose your favorite pillow on the first floor! So interesting ~ This was the best night of sleep I had during my trip to Japan.

The room is small, but the desk is spacious. Breakfast has a variety of soups and drinks. If you answer a questionnaire, you can check out at 11:00.

The room is clean and comfortable. You can choose your own pillow in the lobby. It's about an 8-minute walk from Ueno Station. The transportation is convenient. Free breakfast. Will stay again next time
