The hotel is in a perfect area.. coffee shop next door is very nice. The only thing is the parking lot is far. ******* says air conditioning and it doesn't have and no elevator

Rooms are very safe and lockable!! Clean, Friendly, Velador waited for me carried my bags to the room and saved my parking spot. Needs to have a little refrigerator to make it a 5 start facility!

A grand old hotel with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, toiletries, and thoughtful touches such as in room carafes that can be filled with water from a jug in the hallway, and a hot water dispenser with a selection of teas and instant coffee. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The hotel is lovely, the service was friendly and good, and there were more amenities than I expected. It's on the main square, so there are many dining andf shopping opportunities.

This is the second visit to Iturbe and we won't stay anywhere else when visiting Patzcuaro. The hotel is amazing and the service is outstanding. The location is the best! For sure, out most favorite hotel.
