Parking inside the property, No restaurant in the property, Close to downtown, Nice and clean.

Had to ask for hot water for the shower, staff not very friendly. Coffee station in the hallway but you had to plug in the water pot to heat it up and wait.

Very convenient location. Room was clean, beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My Spanish is limited so I appreciated that one staff member spoke perfect English. I would defined stay again.

What a friendly and great place to stay. No fancy stuff like spa, jacuzzi or pool, but the place is immaculate. It is very clean, and the staff are some of the friendliest ever. They have coffee and tea ready for you in the morning on a table next to room 201. They give you 2 bottles of water a day. The mattresses are super comfy and the sheets and covers clean and not rough at all. Jess, Lupita and the rest of the staff are incredible. One of the strong points is that they have parking in the premises, on the first floor, since most of the rooms are on the second floor, so you have a view to your car at all times, protected from rain, sun and thieves.

I loved the room and the service. Very clean and very good location.

It is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The young man at recetion was great! The room was very spacious and hax everthing we need it. The coffee area was well stocked and clean. Definately will stay here again!

We booked a two night stay, at first glance the hotel was nice and welcoming however; we had a life experience at 0330 am and we’re awoken to several gun shots right outside our hotel room. The gunfire made us all get down on the ground and take cover for our lives. Talk about about a life experience. We were unable to go back to sleep after the commotion was over. We decided to check out when we felt it was safe first thing in the morning. We asked for a refund during our checkout, the clerk asked us why we we’re checking out. We told them what happened and they said they didn’t know what we were talking about. They said they would have the manager call us back, we never received a call nor our refund for the horrible experience. We will NEVER AGAIN stay here. Best of luck to those who do decide to stay here.
