We traveled with our dog and the vacation could not have been better, all thanks to the wonderful people at Shaantam Resort. They make you feel right at home with their hospitality. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the property except the restaurant (there is outdoor seating for those who want to dine with their fur babies) and there is ample space for them to run around and play as well. The food is excellent and they make sure you get the entire breakfast buffet experience, even if you are the only guest in the hotel. Would definitely recommend, especially for pet parents.

It is a superb resort. Perfect for a weekend getaway!! It is peaceful and serene with a spectacular view!! A place where you can enjoy and it is takes you away from the regular hustle bustle!! The staff is on its toes everytime to serve the best!! Kudos to Ashish Bharthwal and team for the delicious food and hospitality! Chef deepak, nitin, akshay, pandey, palak and ***jit tried their best to give us a great experience here!

We came here off season but area was beautiful as always. Staff was supportive. Surrounding were mesmerising and will rejuvenate your experience. It is bit away from rishikesh but it also implies their top class location. Taste and quality of the food was also good.

My words are likely to fall short in describing the serenity of the resort and the magnanimity of the team that went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver flawless yet unpretentious care concern and hospitality. Coming to Shaantam was like coming home. For me, as a solo traveler, it offered an ambiance of quiet contemplation. Mesmerizing chants played in the courtyard. A sweet Shiva shrine with fresh flowers and copper pot to offer water was entralling. Amidst the flower and fauna, the monkeys dancing off branches eyeing the plate of food served on the terrace, the closeness to nature could not be casually dismissed. The room was spacious. Food was good. The team was fabulous. General ***ager Ben is an asset, a blessing for any business. The massage therapist Jyoti was amazing. Yoga teacher was assigned upon special request. And the grandest gesture of benevolence was the special effort made by the team to organize a havan (revered fire ceremony) upon my special request. Chef Deepak, Chef Dev, ***ager Ashish, cafeteria service provided by Deepak Panday, Nitin, Anoop front desk, all were amazing.

Amazing food and hospitality with a beautiful and comfortable rooms. One of the best stays in Rishikesh. The best part of the resort is that it’s close to Mahadev Neelkanth temple and Rishikesh city both. Must visit place specially with family and friends. Specially mention of the food which was amazing.

From our welcome ceremony, this was going to be a good stay. We had lovely rooms and strong wi-fi. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Our driver needed accommodation at short notice and it was found immediately. A bonfire was laid on for us on the lawn outside the room. Nothing was too much trouble. My friend had a massage and facial and was impressed by the skill. The setting in the mountains is glorious, rewarding travellers who take the steep and winding road to the resort. It is about 20 km from Rishikesh, so quiet. For me, the highlight was the food, beautifully served: the best on this trip to India. Even though I was there in the off season, a full menu was available.

Nice resort with good amenities and service..Highly recommend for stay in Rishikesh near Neelkant. Have kids and activity area as well for entertainment. Location is also good as it in hills and near Rishikesh.
