The pick up service from the airport was wonderful. Most of the ladies at the front is nice except one is impatient. She would recommend what time I should leave for the airport, she said it was my choice, however, she did give me the approximate time it would take. I just wish she was kinder.

Hotel location is very convenient, right in the heart of downtown Makong, and walkable from the Makong bus terminal. Check-in was quick and easy and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only issue is the bathroom as there is no separate area for the shower. Overall would recommend for the convenience and the reasonable price.

I hope that the supplies can be more complete. In addition, there are only two large towels in one room. Since there are no small towels, I have no choice but to ask the counter to get an extra one because there are only two in the two-person room😭

The lady at the counter has very good service. You can ask them for a lot of travel information. The environment is very good and the cp value is very high. However, it is recommended to bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner. The Penghu sea breeze will make it tangle.
