The room was a complete mess. It was full of hair and dirt and it showed from the start that they had not spent even a minute on trying to clean it. The tv had a handprint and the bathroom was dirty also. I wouldn't recommend ever visiting the hotel. The worst part is that when we asked multiple times for a room change they would not agree.

Stayed here October 2023 and couldn't have had a nicer stay. The hotel is lovely, great selection of food and drinks. We went all inclusive and there was something g for everyone. Puddings were amazing. The most important thing were the staff, they were very friendly, professional and couldn't have done enough to make our stay perfect. Lovely people, lovely hotel very relaxing, close to corfu Town and beaches. We hired a car, the hotel started it out for us and it was with us within an hour. Thank you to you all for making our stay so perfect.

I have stayed here 3 times twice with my m8 lads holiday and last year just me and my 10yr old daughter the hotel has been modonised, and tidying up here and there, the staff are amazing, happy, helpful and very friendly. As I said 3 times when I arrived at reception at night with my daughter checking in mate as, Mathew Greater me with a handshake and a hug he remembered me from a few years before it's small got a pool, pool bar entertainment on most nights the foods alright but of you ask them to make you something chuck them a few quid and you can feast on egg chips and beans. Which believe me never tasted so good, as a lot of the food is local, and Ime not that keen on it. 10 mins walk you can go to the course way hire a boat, jetski,or just watch the plains taking off and landing. Corfu town is 10 mins in a taxi roughly 12 euro. Excellent nightlife with world class bars clubs. In addition you don't need transfers as you can just get a taxi for 15 euro. They provide a free minibus twice a day to take you up to the top of the island benitze lovely beaches, excursions parasailing, donuts, jet skis. You can also hire a scooter which for the 4 days was about 60 euro. Its absolutely boiling in June,July,August hi 30s even now in October it's still high 20s. Its cheap and cheerful it's not a 5* luxurious hotel but I think last time I paid £700 alincusive including flights for me and myb10 Yr old. Previous years was about £900 for two of us but that was in August. You will not find a nicer place for the money. Ime going a 4th time next year and cannot wait.

This review is written by a student couple on our first abroad holiday together Travelled on Tuesday night and arrived here at 00:30 on Wednesday morning. We were greeted by a helpful chap that gave us all the information and stuff we needed to know about the hotel and surrounding areas. He told as that as it was late, they had left a bit of something for me and my girlfriend to eat in the fridge. We got into the room expecting a see view balcony as that’s what we had booked, however it wasn’t to be. We got the view of the main road underneath the main sign for the hotel. Not too worry, we were only going to use the room as a base. The bite to eat consisted of a sandwich, apple and a slice of cake, and 2 bottles of water. Although we didn’t indulge in this, we thought it was a nice gesture. As for the room, well it was a little outdated but nothing too drastic. The wardrobe smelt a little musty, so we were hesitant to put any clothes in there in case they were going to have the same smell. In the wardrobe there is a safe that is free of charge and you get given a key for that. Got up the next morning to get sun beds and breakfast, there were plenty of sun beds available and still some available throughout the day. Breakfast throughout the whole week was the same. Bacon, beans, scrambled egg, pancakes, pastries etc. This didn’t change throughout the week. They have a decent selection of breakfast drinks to go with too. Outside there is a nice clean decently sized pool, a child friendly part of the pool, (this part is shallower than the rest of the pool), with showers, 2 day beds, a shaded area filled with tables and chairs, a shaded terrace area, a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, a bar that opens at 10 and a snack bar that opens at 11. The only negative I have to say about the outside area is that the snack bar could do with a few more snacky items. The menu has, hotdogs, cheeseburgers, club sandwiches, pizzas, spaghetti bolognese and carbonara. So it would be nice to have a selection of snacks. Dinner was decent to be honest. A selection of Greek dishes, pasta, rice, different sauces to go with pastas, a variety of meats, some days better than others. Tea was very similar just with a few more bits that you would have for an evening meal rather than dinner. Me and my girlfriend are picky eaters and we managed to find something to eat most days. If your vegan or vegetarian, there aren’t many options at all. On to the next day and I woke up with bites on my back and lower stomach. We thought it could have been from outside and that we didn’t notice them at the time so we went about our day by the pool with no worries. However I took a picture before I went to bed the next night on the odd chance it could have been anything to do with the room to find more had appeared over night. We went to reception straight away to query what had happened, the lady at reception said that she will speak to her manager to see if anything could be done. Wi

We ended up here after TUI had engineering issues. It’s was very early in the morning but the staff at reception was polite. We had a budget room but hey, it was clean and comfortable and the room was not bad. For students on a budget or families on a budget it’s good I would not knock it. We are grateful for a stay overnight. Breakfast was good with some good choices. Good clear instructions via reception regarding our flight home. The hotel clearly has other views and rooms priced to suit. However as said above we were at the basic end and the staff treated us very well. Thanks for making us feel comfortable.

Before I continue, I want to make a few quick points; 1. If you search the hotel on Google maps, it's displayed as a 2/3 star hotel. 2. Of the 3 rooms we had booked, 2 were listed on the Love Holidays website as "Economy." I'm not expecting opulence from an "Economy" room in a 2/3 star hotel. 3. For six people (3 generations of our family) in three rooms, for 7 nights all-inclusive, flights and transfers, we paid £4,450. £742 per person. For a 7 night stay. In August. In 2023! My family and I had no issue with the hotel. The staff were friendly. If you asked a question at reception, you got good information. We had one of the "dungeon" rooms that have been spoken of. These are on the lower ground floor. Not a dungeon, but a room without a balcony along an internal corridor. A patio door opens out onto a small courtyard which is shared by around 9 other rooms with individual access. There are chairs and tables in the courtyard though it's used mostly to dry beach towels and clothing rather than a social space. The courtyard rises 2 stories and is covered at the top. We arrived at around 11pm. On getting to my room, I found a pool of water on the floor under the air-conditioning unit. Brought it to the attention of reception and the problem was addressed within 20 minutes - blocked draining pipe. Staff apologised, mopped up, and provided towels to replace the ones we'd started to mop up with. So the rooms. Basic, almost "Economy" style. Having seen images of other rooms at the hotel, I'd hazard a guess that these haven't yet been renovated. This seems to be a working progress. Functional. Rustic. "Economy." Unexpectedly had a sandwich, apple, and piece of cake left in the fridge for each room occupant. Nice touch as it was unexpected. One 500ml bottle of water per person in the fridge. These were not replaced daily, but most of the places we've stayed in have a similar practice. The following day, we found the shop across the road sold 6 x 1.5l bottles of water for 3€. A 1 litre bottle of Evian at the Co-Op in the UK costs almost £2! The food was reasonable. It's served from terrines as it is at most all-inclusive venues. Variety was limited but this is a smaller hotel than many that weve stayed at previously. Even the pickiest of eaters could knock something up from what was available. The bar served beer, cocktails, spirits, and soft drinks throughout the day with no limits. As per every other all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at, the alcohol content in the spirits is about 10% lower than what you'd buy at the off-licence. But, still nice, still enjoyable. Ouzo and Cola on the disco night? Smashing. But when the bar staff refer to you by the drink you order, you might just have a problem. The pool was clean. We were in Majorca last year and the pool was closed 2 or 3 times a day for the same kid having an "accident" in it. There wasn't this problem at the Alexandros. Many different nationalities use the hotel. You have the option to engage

I can't believe someone could give a positive review about this hotel. I arrived at the hotel late at 11 pm, so the all-inclusive service was no longer available. At the reception, I was told that they had left food for me in the room fridge. Wow, I couldn't believe it when I opened the fridge to see for myself. I am attaching photos for your assessment. I also can't believe that now, as I read someone's review of the same event, they say it was lovely and they were grateful. I also wanted to add something to the next positive comment about the fact that the beach shuttle was free! Yes, that's true if you don’t want stay here, but someone forgot to mention that you would have to pay 5 euros for a sunbed. I will try to condense everything, but it's like you could write a manual on how not to run a hotel about this place. The room wasn't actually the worst; I've been in worse in other countries. However, it's definitely not a 4-star quality. Everything is old, with mouldy grout between the tiles in the bathroom and a mildewed shower curtain. Two small water bottles for the entire 10-day stay (all-inclusive)! The TV didn't work, and the fridge was frosted over. The restaurant is completely devoid of any atmosphere, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You won't experience any music, and the staff's involvement is limited solely to plate collection. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile or a warm welcome, and also don't anticipate the waitstaff offering you a glass of wine, etc. In fact, given the quality of the food offered, I can already imagine what kind of wine would be served if it were available. Returning to the subject of food, one cannot overlook the instant soups from the vending machine – there were, if I recall correctly, about six of them. However, this means that they are present but absent at the same time. You'll receive slightly colored water because nobody has refilled the vending machine with the soup mix. I believe this moment marks the point at which one should probably stop describing the food at this hotel; the presence of non-existent instant soup essentially sums it up. The pool has a limited number of sunbeds, around 20 in total. The water ladder is only in the middle of the pool at a depth of 1.9 meters, making it impossible for older individuals who cannot swim to use the pool. The snack bar offers decent food, but the waiting times are quite long. The poolside drink bar serves low-quality alcohol and cocktails in plastic cups, which are often in short supply. The situation is saved by the bartenders, especially Vicky, who provides pleasant service. The hotel does have a second bar located in the lounge, in a very nice area with attractive tables and a lovely terrace. It appears to be a comfortable spot for a drink or a glass of wine before dinner. Behind the bar, there is a wide selection of various alcohols and different types of glassware. However, here arises an issue: this bar is simply not operational, and you

So I was traveling as a party of 6 with my husband, two kids and my mum and dad. We don't have a big budget so usually stay in 3/4* hotels. After reading some reviews on here we were very nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. This is an honest review from someone who doesn't spend all day in the hotels and see the rooms as a base so I'm not really fussed about the rooms as long as they are clean and functional. Rooms- so we booked with love holidays and on the website it said we would have a room with a balcony and that all rooms have a balcony. When we went to book it said we had 1 room with a balcony and 2 rooms without. No where on the hotels website and love holidays website did it say there were rooms without balconies so we though it must have been a mistake. No they have around 6 rooms that don't have a balcony but they all back into a very hot greenhouse courtyard. You have metal blinds and curtains so you have privacy but you do need to put your wet towels and clothes out in the courtyard and some guests are very selfish and use all the chairs that are out there for there clothes. It is very hot in the courtyard so didn't spend anytime there. All rooms have working air-conditioning but we we arrived one of ours had broken and was leaking everywhere. I went to reception and reported it and within 40 mins it was fixed. We arrived at the hotel late so no food was being served but in our fridges we all had a sandwich, apple and piece of cake each witch I though was lovely and we were greatful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. There was a very strong musty smell in the wardrobe and my clothes stank. I think the smell might be guests putting wet clothes in the wooden wardrobes. The wardrobes have alot of space and a small safe inside. We had a kettle, cups and a fridge. You will need to buy your own milk, the restaurant does have tea bags if you wanted to use them. The rooms were cleaned daily except Sunday as I think the cleaners have a day off. Food- breakfast is from 07.30-09.00 where you can get waffles, eggs, pancakes, beans, bacon and other options. A selection of fruit, ham, cheese, bread is also offered. Lunch- always chips, salad, ice cream, bread, ham and cheese available along with other dishes like moussaka and other Greek dishes. Snack bar- you can get pizza, sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs served when the restaurant is closed. Dinner- very similar to the lunch menu but with different Greek dishes. We loved the food. I felt the variety was very good. We are not fussy eaters and have no dietary requirements so we enjoyed trying all the new dishes. We had some absolutely amazing food and hats off to all staff for making the dinning experience brilliant. The food were served in terrines so the food isn't pipping hot but it's still kept at a good temperature and staff walk around to keep the kids down if guests didn't close them. The only thing I will say is even though there was a good variety for us I think vege
