Simply the perfect stay. Perfect room. More than perfect breackfast. Outstanding service. Extraordinarly friendly ! Excellent location. Three blocks away from downtown. I would definitely recomend this hotel to all my friends and family.

This hotel offers so much: it is comfortable, relaxing, convenient, spotlessly clean and enjoyable! Hence 5 stars. My wife and I stayed for one night in Room No 9, which was of a decent size with quality fittings, furniture and a comfortable bed. It was really quiet too. The hotel is not currently offering evening meals, but there are options available nearby with a stroll into the city centre. We found a brilliant French restaurant (Cafe Tabou) for dinner which is also highly recommended. Breakfast was served in the lovely dining room (complete with beautiful chandeliers!). Plenty of choices on the (pre ordered) menu and the food was top notch too. The friendly personal touch was another positive. We thoroughly recommend the Sandbank House, it is a superb place to stay and great value for money too. We will be back (Best to book direct).

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Sunbank House Hotel (“Sunbank”). Sunbank was charming, and the location was an easy walk to town. Of note is Finlay’s attention to his guests. I truly appreciated his recommendations, including securing a day tour for me with Mcintosh Tours! I will stay again at Sunbank next year.

Good, quiet, location, near the center but accessible from the M90 without driving through the congested center. Feels more like a large traditional guest house than a hotel. Slightly tired decor, but ticked all the right boxes. Nice breakfast.

I held a business away day for myself and some business partners. The service at Sunbank was faultless. From the warm reception to being hosted perfectly. Couldn't recommend higher. I usually use large chains for business away days and will defiantly be using Sunbank House hotel in the future for similar events.

Had another lovely few days at this lovely little place rooms are lovely big and spotless breakfast is 5 star husband always has loch fine kippers not my cup of T but a take his word when he says they are delicious all staff are very friendly and helpful will definitely return again

My husband and I stayed at Sunbank House Hotel for two nights. We really liked the Victorian vibe of the house. The house accommodated all our needs - the room we stayed in was just the right size for the both of us and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom too fit our needs just well and the toiletries provided served us well. The room had drawers which contained mugs for tea/coffee and a hairdryer too. The staff was super nice and kind to us (the manager and his son). We really liked the fact that we could tick what we wanted to have for breakfast, and the options were plenty. There were also vegetarian options available. The manager was also kind enough to call us a taxi for the morning of our departure. The only thing is that we wish we stayed longer!

This is a delightful boutique hotel in a quiet area just off main Perth. Graham at the desk was most friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean and made for a nice stop on our way from Stirling to Glencoe. The breakfast was very good as well.

We would recommend the Sunbank House. The rooms are nicely appointed and the home is beautiful. The breakfast options were plentiful and the food was great. It is located close to Bellwood Riverside Park and a quick walk to St. John’s Kirk and market street area for some shopping and restaurants.

had a great stay for one night.. checked in late and everything was sorted.. no issues room had double bed and single bed.. nice and comfortable room was clean and had all facilities needed for our stay Perth centre is about 10/15 mins walk away

I truly enjoyed my stay ,and would strongly recommend staying in the future! In addition to the very clean and modern room, Finley, the owner, was friendly and a tremendous resource for golf course knowledge in the surrounding area and steered us to fantastic courses. The location was ideal to dozens of courses within a 30-45 minute drive of the location. Sunbank house was accommodating to our late evening arrival and stay. It would be a great locale for golfers or tourists visiting the region.

We had another fantastic stay with Finlay at Sunbank House our room was warm very comfortable & absolutely spotless. Breakfast was delicious & all freshly cooked . Finlay recommended restaurants & places of interest & helped with train times. Looking forward to our return next year (Booked already) ... Thankyou Finlay & the team.

Very cozy Boutique Hotel. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the city center. Butifull and clean room, with a big comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Inviting living room, that makes you want to have a drink before or after the meal. It is possible to put together the breakfast according to wishes and needs. A friendly and helpful staff and host complete the experience of "A relaxing weekend". Thank you for a lovely experience in interesting Perth.
