Positives are the convenient location to downtown Stratford and the owners who are friendly and accommodating and love to share their life history at breakfast, which was freshly prepared with good coffee. The blue bedroom we were assigned was cramped and the mattress had a definite dip in the middle. Mini blinds desperately needed dusting. Furnishings were old and mismatched. The bathroom was fairly clean and attempts had been made to renovate. The seating areas for guests were cluttered and we found them unappealing. We stayed one night and moved on.

Location made it possible to walk to both the Festival and Avon theatres. Owners were friendly and very accommodating and served a great and generous breakfast. We will be back the next time we come to Stratford.

The couple that runs the B&B is delightful. The location is wonderful for the Stratford festival. The rooms are a bit dated.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! The hosts were very friendly and willing to share their story.
It is an older home, at least a hundred years old and extensively renovated. The plumbing and cooling system is new.

This is a lovely B&B in a perfect location to walk to all the Stratford Festival venues. Our hosts were a very charming couple of Asian descent who provided a huge breakfast fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, muffins, coffee and tea. Although their literature suggests that a "choice" of English or Asian breakfast was available... it appeared that one would need to ask for asian fare.

On a main road but the room was in the back, and was reasonably quiet. We stayed in room #4 (blue room) which had a balcony but which was accessed via the guest coffee room rather than a hallway, which affected our privacy a bit.
