Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms equipped with microwave which was useful. Suggest to install bidets in toilets.

This hotel is very new and well decorated with style. We booked a lake view room with a large terrace where we could look directly at the scenery of the lake and watch the stars at night. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Blue Lodge, which is very convenient. But there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Eating is inconvenient.

The hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Although the room is not big, it is cleverly designed and equipped with new facilities, making his stay quite comfortable. The front desk manager K is not very nice. The mail sent to the hotel was lost and he didn't want to help find it. He kept saying that there was no way to find it. This a modern hotel with comfortable rooms. The low rating is due to two things. Parking is very limited. If you don’t get a spot in the hotel basement you may be several hundred meters from the hotel and have your keep topping up the ticket. Escape route. My room was on the UG floor. Very awkward to get to. Unable to get there without using one lift in particular with no stair/walking access. I always use the escape route after checking into my room to know how to get out of the hotel if there was an incident/fire. I tried two routes following the signs from my room. Both final exit doors were locked. I went the front desk to question this, whereupon I showed the duty manager. He said that due the escape doors going into residence appartments gardens they were not accessible or able to be used by guests. He then showed me through further corridors and stairs into the basement garage. (Not a direct or obvious route to get out of a burning building). In the garage there were no escape signs for finding out how to proceed to safety. The manager was quite rude at this stage and not interested. Upon checking out I was asked if my stay way all okay? I expressed my concerns about escape doors being locked, alas the guy wasn’t interested as he was just following his script.
