Bad experience, reservation for a triple confirmed via EMAIL, the reception staff at checkout not at check-in ... says they don't have a reservation for a triple but for a double.

We we're atleast 7 time in Italy, North and South parts of it, but never stay in such a nice hotel like this one!! Room size great. Bathroom size perfect. Clean and shine. Staff very very nice. Stayed there 3 nights,and loved it. For sure coming back!!

Nice clean hotel with the pool outside the Perugia city, staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was fine, I would welcome wider selection of salami and egg styles. But otherwise it was a nice stay.

vegetables were missing at breakfast. cleaning services very poor. the pool could also be cleaned. and the location of the hotel without a car is very bad, far from the center.
