Hotel Rosalba
"The hotel staff were Japanese, so I was able to travel alone with peace of mind."
Sangallo Palace
"The room facilities are pretty good, but there are no slippers, toothbrushes and the like. The nearby scenery is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk staff's service is also good. It is worth recommending."
Perugia Park Hotel
"Great breakfast, large parking and clean rooms"
Little Italy Hostel Ex Chiesa S Donato
"There is no heating in the room!"
Hotel S. Ercolano
"Absolutely terrible. I thought hotels in smaller towns would offer better value for money, but the opposite was true, just like prices in rural areas aren't necessarily lower than in cities. The single room had a persistent smell of smoke that just wouldn't go away. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that's been this bad; I opened the windows for hours to ventilate, but it didn't help. Like many places in Italy, the heating was only available for limited hours, and I was woken up freezing. They only gave me a blanket and a sheet to cover myself with. The soundproofing was incredibly poor; I was woken up in the middle of the night by a family coming home from outside. I was furious! How could they stay out so late in this small town?"
Locanda Della Posta, Etruria Collection
"A small boutique hotel with a history of more than 200 years, the location is superb, the breakfast is very rich 👍 The front desk and housekeeping staff are in place. Recommended to other friends who are going to Perugia."
Hotel Fortuna
"Excellent location and excellent service."
Santa Cecilia Perugia - Rooms&Suite
"Don't even dream of booking this place if you don't use Whatsapp, because it's very difficult to communicate with them otherwise. And even so, after getting no response about leaving our luggage at noon, it took about 15 minutes to get buzzed into the facility. The skylight over the bathtub was so badly broken that all the heat went out through it. When we tried to go out again we wanted to test all of the keys so we could be sure of getting back in quickly and the key to the outer door got stuck in the keyhole. We finally were able to get an answer to our call, but the person didn't seem to understand our problem either in English or my good Italian."
Times Suites
"Hosts were very helpful, stayed in touch and provided information regarding best way to get to the property - they were also extremely helpful providing restaurant tips. Hotel is definitely boutique. Rooms are large and beautifully appointed. Property is conveniently situated close to the centre of the old town. Small classy bar and breakfast rooms. We were very happy with our stay."

Domus Volumnia Country House
"Small and quaint accommodation establishment located right outside Perugia, in a quiet setting with beautiful surroundings and views. Breakfast was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The only drawback is that since it is an old building, there is no lift. For the rest, I would definitely recommend for those staying at Perugia."
Borgo Mandoleto - Country Resort & Spa
"Lovely location with views over the surrounding countryside Large, clean and well equipped apartments. Large bedroom, decent bathroom with powerful shower, separate sitting room & even a small armoire with hob, microwave, sink etc. Storage & charging facility for bikes available and a very nice pool. A relatively small selection for breakfast but everything was good quality including home made cakes."
Le Cappuccinelle Suites&Spa
"We have just returned from a week-long stay at Le Cappucinelle and our experience has been truly wonderful. From the rural setting, beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, and amazing spa, everything about this place, including the best smelling towels, sparked joy. However, what really stood out for us was the staff, exhibiting genuine kindness and true hospitality. Melissa at the front desk providing us with great advice on places to visit and getting around, Erjon whose humour and lightheartedness lifted our spirits (and definitely has a future career as a film director), and Ana with her impeccable English, undertaking various phone calls on our behalf. Breakfast was a great selection of local and organic produce, overseen by the lovely and kindhearted Monika and Danila, both attending to our needs on a daily basis. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive from Perugia city centre and provides a great base to explore the various surrounding towns on the Umbrian countryside. If there is one area that I would like to see improve is to provide residents with more economical options for dinner onsite. With such an abundance of food choices around, the restaurant has opted for Haute Cuisine, which carries a massive premium. However, just by virtue of its location, the hotel does not really cater to passing trade and would benefit instead from offering a more competitive menu that would encourage hotel guests to dine in than seek alternatives. That said, we loved Le Cappuccinelle and already plan to return at the next opportunity (with thanks Melissa for showing us all our room options! :-)). We can only but highly recommend it to anyone seeking a place for refuge and relaxation in this beautiful part of world."
Hotel Iris
"I loved this place. The hotel room and look of the hotel is historical and aged beautifully. I would stay there again, which is huge for me to say considering I did not have air conditioning in my room. Air conditioning is important and helpful for me to sleep well and enjoy my travels. But the fan and the open window were good enough. The hotel location is fabulous, the view on the huge front porch is outstanding, very well decorated and historical. The complimentary breakfast was better than all of the other places I had breakfast while in Italy."
Relais Dell'Olmo
"We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend."
Residenza il Punto
"Beautiful place and very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is some distance from the centre however we can highly recommended it especially in the summer. Lovely garden and view from the terrace."
Hotel Perusia
"Excellent location for visiting Perugia"
Hotel Giò Wine e Jazz Area
"Great free parking and good breakfast"
Perugia Plaza Hotel
"A hotel with great pretensions and expectations, but it feels the weight of the years...courteous staff (especially those at the bar), average cleanliness, decent breakfast...dated rooms...in short, not 5 stars."
Best Western Hotel Quattrotorri Perugia
"We stayed here for about a week for our eldest child's soccer camp during our family trip. It is about 15 minutes by car from downtown Perugia, and the facilities and staff are really friendly. There is a safe underground parking lot and free electric car charging. There is a large shopping center nearby. There are coffee, pasta, and sushi restaurants right next door. There are various restaurants if you drive a little. It is also a hotel in a good location for getting around because it is close to tourist attractions and the highway is nearby."
I Fiori di Margherita Luxury B&B
"Very cosy B&B located in a quiet area away from the center of Perugia. The balcony from our room offered a beautiful view of nearby Perugia. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Room was spacious, well looked after. The room we stayed in does not have any step in the bathroom, making it accessible for those in need."
Rosetta Hotel Perugia Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip."
Castello di Monterone
"The hotel converted from the castle overlooks the whole city of Perugia and the breakfast is very good."
Borgo Dei Conti Resort Relais & Chateaux
"What can I say about the location. You enter through an arch, and follow a driveway that takes you to the main house. Great touch of class and beauty. The main building is authentic to the storied life it has had, with updates bringing in the modern amenities necessary in today’s hospitality. We were there for lunch, so let’s talk about that. The service is courteous and friendly, with everyone in period attire, adding a great level of authenticity to the atmosphere. The lunch menu had a great selection, including vegetarian options. Special shout out to the homemade bread mix, which was delicious. My wife had a mixed salad and the vegetarian pasta, which were both excellent. I had the cheese selection, local and very tasty, and the borgo burger, which was massive and full of flavors. We finished it off with the tiramisu and baba’, both just as great as everything else we had. Overall a great dining experience, from every aspect. The tour after lunch was an excellent touch, which we both appreciated very much. Bottom line: if you are looking for a dining experience, then you won’t regret choosing this wonderful location."
Posta Donini 1579 | UNA Esperienze
"A beautiful historic residence near Perugia, complete with a restaurant and spa. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort, with water, coffee, and beverages included in the price. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. Recommended for a relaxing stay."
