We had a fantastic stay there, it was a family trip, we were 6 adults. We all had separate bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a balcony with a great view. Via Firenze and Via Battisti is literally just around the corner. There you can enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a supermarket just downstairs and the beach is just 5 min walk. If you have a car you can park in the parking lot by the main station just a very short walk from the apartment. You can also rent just one room on a B&B basis and the hosts are really nice and helpful.

zye6 never could access the hotel road in construction in front of the hotel would have had to roll my luggage for half a Km could not cancel so I booked something else on VRBO

Very strange. You basically sleep in an office with a bed and a bathroom. This “property” has 3 rooms in an office inside an office building. It says bed and breakfast but there is no breakfast. It says parking but there is no parking, you must park in a city lot and walk a few blocks. I am surprised ******* would even list something like this. There is a desk but unattended and a little kitchen with 3 tables, like in a coworking space.

Elegante, comodo (al centro di Pescara, a pochi passi da tutto), gestore gentilissimo e disponibile anche nei consigli. Cucina fornita, pulizia ottimale. Camere grandi, calde e accoglienti. Il B&B ha un'ottima relazione qualità/prezzo.

Bellissima struttura sul corso principale, camere spaziose, bagno grande e doccia spettacolare. Il sig. Fausto gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare il trolley e prenderlo nel pomeriggio. Unico neo è la colazione presso 2 bar convenzionati. Uno non ti fa entrare prima delle 8.30 e l altro ha sfornato i cornetti intorno alle 8/8.15. Se vuoi fare prima la colazione, non puoi.

Sono stato 2'giorni per trovare un difetto ma.nn ho trovato nulla....posizione fantastica, stanza enorme e.pulitissima, prezzo onestissimo e proprietario molto gentile.....ci tornero' ogni volta che soggiornero' a Pescara. Tutto perfetto

Ottima struttura nel pieno centro di Pescara, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a pochi passi dal lungomare. Le camere sono confortevoli, il bagno è ampio, come la doccia seppur andrebbe rivisto il sistema di scarico e sostituito il "telefono" e le fontane. Si riposa bene. Buona la pulizia. E' possibile fare colazione al bar a pochi passi dalla struttura.
