We had a wonderful Christmas at the BelVedere. Many thanks to the excellent reception staff and particularly to Angelo and his team in the restuarant. Their friendly professional service enhancd our stay and made the hotel with its lovely rooms, facilities and food even better.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place forced my hand from just how amazing an experience I had. From being easily reachable for any issues, to assisting in creating a special surprise birthday dinner, everyone member of staff were immaculate. A special mention to front of house Simeone, he was always on hand and made you feel welcome as soon as you stepped in the door. The pictures for this place do not do it justice, hidden away in a beautiful location this property was immaculate and I feel it will just get better and better. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was a great stay. Very convenient location and great facilities. Morning coffee could have been more generous, but breakfast was spectacular. ***Have them put A/C on to your room if needed. If you open window, mosquitoes will find you!***. Massage was wonderful. Masseuse had magic hands.

the hotel was recently renovated and everything is new in the commons and in the rooms. Had 308 for quite a bargain under 100€. the included breakfast buffet is just amazing, with everything you might want but most importantly, local products. the staff is very friendly. the parking is free in front of the hotel. You can charge your car in the hotel parking for a fee. Try the restaurant, the chef cooks very well. Just 200 meters away you can visit the tettucio termes, and also take the funicular

Nice hotel, very clean and newly refurbished. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, quiet, lovely views and easily walkable into the town and to the train station.

Nice enough hotel but very confusing decor, hard mattresses and not much thought has been given to the functionality of the rooms; some of them have weird features like massive jacuzzis in the room but only a regular-sized bed with a very average mattress and pillows that leave you in discomfort. Also the food is ok but basic and all the dishes we tried were way too salty. It has a lot of potential to be something much better but it feels like Management have no clear vision of what they want this hotel to be whatsoever. Having said that the staff were lovely, amazing, hard-working people, we would honestly give them a job at a 5-star hotel in Dubai any day. Mahmoud from Egypt was exceptional in every way and so was the Albanian gentleman who was doing the shifts alongside him. Also a big thank you to the staff in the breakfast room.

I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The hotel is very nice, especially the communal areas. But service is terribly inconsistent: one day my dirty coffee cup was not removed, another day coffee pods not replaced, water not replaced, towels from the bathroom missing… Such a shame. Staff were polite, even though not particularly willing to go the extra mile.
