A thoroughly pleasant stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The room was clean, well-appointed, and generously spacious, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The international breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of both Western and Asian options, all well prepared and efficiently replenished. Service was a standout — special kudos to Ganesh at Reception for his warm professionalism, and to Suhaidy at the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. A dependable choice for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel's facilities and hardware are absolutely top-notch, very new and clean. The biggest letdown, however, is its location. The surroundings are extremely desolate, with no good restaurants and inconvenient shopping. Also, the breakfast selection is far too limited; I strongly recommend they improve it.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

Stayed at Hilton during CNY weekend. The room was really comfortable and I really liked the huge TV. There id a convenience shop and many reasonably priced eateries just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Chose to book Hilton PJ instead of KL branch because we preferred the less crowdedness of PJ compared to KL. My favourite part of the hotel was the gym, super spacious and looks very new.

This hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the light rail station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Highly recommend! The hotel staff are warm, attentive, and provide excellent service.

A bit of a walk from the train station, but it's not too bad if you're traveling light. Have a number of Indian restaurants close by.
Hotel recently refurbished. Rooms are decent sized and beds are queen beds.
Food is great.

Everything is good but temperature control in the room is centralized controlled. Hence to make room colder to your liking cannot be done. So room feels warm. And for Malaysia weather, this is not a good thing.

Overall, it is acceptable but could be improved—especially the car park. There is no lift, and guests must use the staircase to access the hotel lobby. In addition, the car park is poorly lit.
Regarding Services, please ensure that all guests are treated equally.

Overall, it was a decent stay. It is located between PJ and KL, though it may not be very convenient without a car.
The renovation is nicely done, with beautiful wallpapers and a nice bathroom. However, the bathroom door layout is poorly planned as it blocks the way to the shower, which makes the structure feel impractical. The hotel lobby, however, is lovely and very comfortable.

Staying at the Hilton Petaling Jaya for my business trip in a deluxe twin room was an absolutely perfect experience! The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was quiet and elegant, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and any requests were handled super promptly. The hotel facilities are also excellent; both the pool and fitness areas are very well-maintained. I always choose to stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. The experience is consistently good, from check-in to check-out. The check-in process is convenient and straightforward, which makes arriving stress-free.
The breakfast buffet is always solid, with a good variety and consistent quality. Service throughout the hotel is excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The amenities are also a big plus, especially the well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and the restaurants located within the hotel.
Overall cleanliness is good and the room is tidy, though the shower heads could be cleaned more thoroughly. That said, the rain shower in our room had very strong water pressure, which was great.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable hotel with great service and facilities, and I would continue to stay here on future visits to KL.
