After a 2-night stay (only 😭) we were very well received, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Our only regret was having to leave 😏 We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Phi Phi @ Pier Hotel. The place is brand new, spotless, and in an amazing location—walking distance from the best spots on the island. The rooms are extremely comfortable and offer the most stunning views. Maya at the front desk always greeted us with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you!

The hotel is very good and has almost everything you will need. A couple of things they can improve :-
1. The breakfast did not suit me. I like a banana and muesli in the morning. It was not available although the banana was at an extra fee. I ended up bringing my own food and just used the bowls/ hot water etc.
2. My wife wanted an extra blanket which was available for an extra 200 baht. We have never come across this extra charge for a blanket before however extra pillows are gratis.
3. Noise was occasionally an issue with call to prayer calls and the odd slamming door.
4. Location is very close to the pier which is good for access to ferries and longboats. Nothing is very far away but the good swimming beach is the other side of the isthmus.

The location was great, the view was amazing, it was clean, and the staff were friendly! We only planned to stay one night, but the beauty of Phiphi Island made us stay another night!

It was a great trip, and the hotel was also very good. It was just a few minutes away from the pier. The staff were very welcoming and helped with luggage. The room we booked was close to the street, but it was not noisy at all. The room was very clean. I saw other customers' comments that they paid extra for 4 people staying together, which is normal. The hotel originally calculated the room rate based on the number of people. I hope the hotel will not be prejudiced against Chinese people because of this incident. As always, warm service

The hotel is ideal, super central, and the staff is lovely. We had a reservation error, and they resolved it without any problem. The room was comfortable and large.

The hotel is super new, half of the hotel is still under renovation. This is the first place where there was no smell of dampness, it just kills me.
Everything is clean and beautiful
Cons:
No dryer, but when I asked, they brought it to the room.
No towels for the beach, and this issue was resolved individually.
It's a 20-second walk from the pier.
Overall: I highly recommend it!
