The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!

we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.

On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible.
The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help.
We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool.
The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom.
That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

The location is very far from the center, the hotel is old. It is not possible to open windows as there are monkeys on the balcony all the time. Very not recommended

The hotel is not bad. We took a family room, and it was the cheapest option on our trip to Thailand (we rented rooms for 100, 200 and 400 dollars per night). I thought I would be disappointed, but everything turned out to be quite decent: no frills, but the room is clean. The air conditioning works, the view from the window is good, there is a swimming pool. Even the food, albeit without cappuccino and Benedict with Hollandaise, is quite satisfactory - you can quickly grab a bite of rice, chicken, omelet and fruit. If you don't like it, there are many cafes nearby to choose from. The place is quiet. The beach is better from the pier (in the corner next to the mountain), but in order to get to the perfect beach with white sand, you need to take a boat (40 minutes by boat) to another part of the island.
