Lobby is clean and spaceous.
Free machine made coffee and beverages are provided in the morning.
Staying in old wing, sticky floor and small toilet, unpleasant smell from sewerage.
My friend were staying in new wing, clean and spaceous.

The place is located very strategically, next to a 7/eleven and lots of restaurants, only a 6 minute walk from the pier.

Great hotel option for Phi Phi, had an issue with our shower however they were on hand and quickly helped fix the issue.
