Location is 5 minutes to Russian Market by tuk tuk. There is a market nearby, so it's enough to feel the local atmosphere, and some local restaurants and shops can speak English. Room condition is not bad, but there is no mosquito fragrance or slippers shampoo dryer. The owner, Michael, smile man. Hi~ Michael, This is Michael from Korea. I will visit again in November. A very cost-effective hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff service is very good, there is a place called Olympic Stadium nearby, it is very good to do exercise there in the morning,

The location is good, but other things are so-so. It's just a family hotel after all

It's pretty far from the action, which does mean it's quiet, but you'll end up paying more for tuktuks

Love love with hotel design… simple and clean.the staff amazingly friendly & very professional when handling customers.The room is comfortable & my favourite part is the rooftop bar with the pool.. the view of Phnom Penh at night time is fuhhhhhhh beautiful… I don’t have to worry about dinner they have it at the rooftop bar. Breakfast is 👍🏻👍🏻

Only stopped for one night but room was basic and clean, only negative was the walls had loads of stains on them especially behind the bed so didn’t look very pleasant.

We think that it is recommended hotel for business trip. Hotel facilities are substantial. The employees were always happy to serve with a smile and were very satisfied. The location is very convenient.

Place is so dirty and my room is front of smoking area full night I smell smoking I book for here 2 days but only one night I checked out and one night canceled booking and thank for trip.com they refund my money.

The bed in the room is very comfortable and the bedding is soft. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The staff is also very warm and thoughtful. The price is also relatively affordable. It is a very good choice and highly recommended.

I have been coming to Phnom Penh regularly for years and I have seen this hotel being built but I had never stayed there before, now I have. The hotel is well located near the O Russey market. It is of a very good standard and offers excellent value for money. The standard twin room that I occupied was large and very well equipped, excellent bedding and large bathroom and above all very quiet. The wardrobe area is equipped with a safe. The buffet breakfast is varied and plentiful in a beautiful room with a view. On the roof terrace there is a bar and a small swimming pool. In summary, I do not regret my choice and will not fail to stay there during my next visit to Phnom Penh.
