Fantastic Stay with Breathtaking City Views! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Waking up to that skyline each morning was such a treat! The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool and lounge areas. Everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. On top of that, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was fairly clean but felt a bit outdated, and some amenities were lacking. Staff were helpful, and polite. Location was convenient, but noise from nearby areas was noticeable. It worked for what I needed, but there’s definitely room for improvement

Initially I only planned to stay 3 nights in this hotel but after staying there for 3 nights I have decided to continue all remaining days with this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially a few names I can remember: Hongly, Bun Thong Lyna etc … they have been very friendly and helpful to me.

I recently stayed at the Bassac Signature Hotel & Residence, a brand new hotel in Phnom Penh. The property is extremely clean and conveniently located, which is a real plus. I didn't try the hotel's restaurant, but there is a small cafe in the lobby where you can find delicious pastries and coffee. I went there every day and it was a real treat. The staff is particularly welcoming, and the manager is very attentive. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service.
